Supervision
I am a qualified supervisor, with years of experience and formal training at WPF London.
I offer supervision to qualified counsellors, psychologists and psychotherapists. I offer supervision in groups.
I run fortnightly online supervision groups on Tuesdays from 5.00-6.30 pm and in Hove on Thursdays 12.00 – 1.30 pm.
Together with my colleague Adele Yaron , I offer a regular ongoing group to qualified therapists to further their understanding and experience of our field.
The group aims to offer a relational container within which participants and their practice can grow and develop. If you are looking for community with therapists from varied backgrounds and trainings, please get in touch.
By engaging with colleagues from a wide range of trainings and perspectives, you will expand your outlook, enrich your practice, and find both inspiration and challenge within the group. The group offers not only a point of reference but also teaching, shared resources, and a supportive framework for ongoing professional growth. Many participants discover that the continuity of relationships within a stable group, combined with guidance from myself and my co-facilitator, provides more effective support, supervision, and mentoring than occasional, stand‑alone CPD events.
Our work together places a strong emphasis on the integration of body and mind, extending awareness beyond words alone. A number of participants bring training and experience in body‑oriented therapeutic approaches, enriching the group with diverse perspectives. We will consistently ground our explorations in the embodied and social processes that shape both client and therapist. We draw on contemporary neuroscience, social and relational psychoanalysis, implicit relational knowing, and the subtle, complex forms of human communication to help us explore the unconscious currents that drive us and our clients.
