  • Expertise
I have worked with people living with addictions, mainly drug and alcohol for the past 19 years. I also have extensive experience of supporting people with diagnosed psychiatric issues. I currently work in NHS Psychotherapy Services at St. Thomas's Hospital running a group. I also work in Waltham Forest with school children and their parents around interpersonal conflicts and problems in learning.

  • My approach
My integrative approach means that I am not limited by just one approach to understanding people. I can use the wealth of knowledge and wisdom inherent in humanistic, cognitive behavioural and psychodynamic therapy. I am registered with the British Psychological Society (BPS), UKCP and the BACP and abide by their codes of ethics and conduct. I am also a member of Metanoia Institute.

Changing after so long may seem difficult but my experience together with your determination and courage should make it a little easier. Respect for you and your suffering is essential for us to work together because lack of safety is not very conducive to growth.

I adopt an affirmative and non-pathologising stance to all human diversity.

Meeting up and talking is the only way to help you decide if you could work with me!
