Psychotherapy and counselling are professional relationships specifically for the purposes of understanding and gaining more satisfaction in life. Your therapist is like a companion who gets to know you and your path and can provide another perspective to help you get where you need to. Having personally experienced the deep positive changes that psychotherapy can bring, I am committed to my work with you. 

Through my training and intensive personal therapy, I have developed the ability to offer you a safe environment so you can be heard without judgement and in confidence. With support you might better negotiate the tricky terrain of life and manage the problems you usually struggle with.

Through our work together you could understand yourself, your emotions and your life trajectory better and know more about the patterns and addictions in your life.

Greater self-understanding and of the world is helpful in stopping a repeat of unhelpful patterns and gaining the experiences you want. Over time as your understanding grows, you will feel more in control of your own life and accepting of areas where control is not possible.
